Alaska Waste is kicking off 2019 by offering paperless billing to all our customers. Going paperless will simplify your life and reduce waste – a win-win for you and our beautiful state.
- With paperless billing, we’ll let you know when your invoice is ready via email.
- You can access your bill immediately.
- And, you never have to worry about misplacing your mail, filing invoices, or discarding unnecessary paper.
It’s easy to set up a Login under the Pay Your Bill button at the top of our website. You’ll need your account number, and either your last invoice number or the phone number on the account.
If you are an Alaska Waste customer in these service areas:
- Anchorage
- Eagle River
- Fairbanks
- Homer
- Kodiak
- Seward
- Soldotna
- Wasilla

If you are a former Pacific Waste customer or an Alaska Waste customer in these service areas:
- Healy
- Juneau
- Ketchikan
- Sitka
- Unalaska

Once logged in, please click on Manage Paperless button.
The Manage Paperless page will look like this.
Please do these 3 things:
- Select Email Invoice Notification
- Enter email address
- Click on Save Payment Options button
